Director of Sales



About the Job

We have just finished building our product and we are looking for a highly motivated salesperson to be the 5th full time member of our sales team. This is a pivotal time in our company’s history and gaining revenue momentum is paramount to our long term success. You will play a critical role in helping our potential customers understand and then realize the value of our platform. You will be a part of our founding team of ~12 as we grow to be a global company.

  • This is a book of business role. Meaning you will manage the new customers you bring on. We love our customers and we put their growth above all else.
  • Consists of a base salary + commission.
  • Work with our stellar sales team to take our product to market.
  • Prospect for new customers in our ideal industries. 
  • Manage a pipeline of small business prospects. 
  • Maintain customer relationships and provide support to all customers you bring on. 
  • Optimize your sales process based on best practices. 
  • Perform call reviews with the team to improve sales performance and set our customers up for long term success. 

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience selling software products to small to medium sized businesses or partners.
  • A gritty self starter who bets on themselves and has supreme confidence in their ability to make an impact.
