Full Stack Engineer



About the Job

We are currently putting the finishing touches on the MVP version of our product. This is a pivotal time in our company’s history and shipping an amazing product is paramount to our long term success. You will play a critical role in helping our engineering team continue to build and expand the product. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop the Growthware product from the ground up. Strengthen each of the Growthware service lines.
  • Develop new channels to bring in and respond to messages from external services from Growthware.
  • Add and maintain features of existing channels, with an eye for performance and clean code.
  • Browse the documentation of external services to find the optimal way to include their content in Growthware, and allow our users to reply when possible.
  • Implement lightweight clients to access external APIs that integrate with our current state of the art.
  • Implement solutions for data serialization/deserialization to render messages from heterogeneous external APIs into Growthware messages, using our customers' familiar UX.
  • Write internal documentation on technical choices and processes, and propose amendments to existing ones.
  • Perform code reviews and pair programming sessions to continuously improve our code quality and learn with the team.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience developing production-grade backend web applications using TypeScript-based React apps.
  • 4+ years of experience doing front-end development with JS.
  • Experience in designing and building microservices-based systems in AWS is a huge plus.
  • Experience with AWS
