Unlocking Growth, The 'Ah-ha' Moment
At Growthware, our mission is to help small businesses achieve their full potential. Our journey began with an "ah" moment when our founding team realized that gamification was the missing piece of the puzzle for small business growth. We discovered that by making business growth a fun and engaging experience, small business owners could stay motivated and on track to achieving their goals. From that moment, we dedicated ourselves to creating a software platform that would bring gamification to small business growth.
But we didn't stop there. As we continued to work with small business owners, we had a "ha" moment. We realized that there was a need for a way to measure and correlate small business data with revenue growth. And so, we set out to create an index that would do just that. By collecting and analyzing data from small businesses across various industries, we were able to develop an index that uses AI to predict revenue growth based on key performance indicators.
Today, at Growthware, we bring together the "ah" moment and the "ha" moment to provide a comprehensive software platform that helps small businesses grow. Our gamification approach makes business growth fun and engaging, while our data index and AI helps small business owners make informed decisions and stay on track towards achieving their revenue goals. Justin Liles

Justin Liles is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in developing and leading strategy, driving exponential growth, and building high-performance teams in SaaS businesses. He has a strong understanding of SaaS business models and unit economics and excels at leveraging data and automation to develop cross-functional leaders in customer-centric, high-growth organizations. Justin has a proven track record of building teams in dynamic environments while implementing processes and tools to advance best practices. He is highly analytical, data-driven, and customer-focused, with strong problem-solving, data visualization, and process modeling skills. Justin is skilled in SQL and other tools for data analysis and reporting, with expertise in scripting and light programming for data analysis. He is adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining focus on detail and accuracy under pressure.
